Celebrating Traditional & Contemporary Basketry

Weave Away with Kentucky Basket Association (KBA) for our 30th Anniversary!

Join the Kentucky Basket Association as we celebrate three decades of craftsmanship at our 2026 Annual Convention. We are gathering in the heart of Somerset to honor our heritage, learn from master weavers, and “weave away” together.

This year, we are especially excited to welcome our friends from the North Georgia Basketry Guild and other regional weaving communities. Whether you are looking for traditional Appalachian patterns or modern sculptural techniques, this convention is the premier event for the Southern basketry community.

📅 Convention Dates: September 30 – October 2, 2026
